  2. If your parcel is being delivered to a business address, please check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.
  3. Verify that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct by referring to your confirmation email.

To track your parcel, you will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you cannot locate your parcel or need further assistance, please email us at contact@soulhaircare.com.au.

To ensure a smooth delivery, our parcels are typically delivered without a signature requirement. The delivery person will use their discretion to safely drop your parcel in a suitable location. If you prefer a different arrangement, such as delivery to a business address, please include your business name and any specific instructions (e.g., "Leave at Reception") during checkout.

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund you for that item and ship the remaining items in your order.
